In May 2024, we had the opportunity to purchase and sell a lot of obsolete fabrics and vinyl to a warehousing company. The reason this lot became obsolete was that the owner of the inventory completed its production project in Mexico and did not want to take the leftover inventory, as it represented more cost than benefit.

We made an offer for the textile lot to the warehousing company, which, in addition to the payment, included a cleanup of their storage area and took full responsibility for the loading and collection process.
